The Douglas County School System will host a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic to support the needs of our Special Needs school community.
The Douglas County School System will host a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic to support the needs of our Special Needs school community. This special needs and disability friendly event has been designed to ensure all children have a positive and comfortable vaccination experience.
This free public event with Premier Drugstore will be Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 3:00-6:00 pm at Mason Creek Elementary School.
It is open to children with special needs and disabilities, but also to those needing first, second, third doses or booster shots. Vaccines are available for all children ages 5 and older and parental consent is required for children’s vaccinations.
Parents will be required to provide the last four digits of the child’s social security number or a copy of the parent’s insurance.
