The Douglas County Chamber is taking applications for its Youth Leadership Douglas program through March 29.
Youth Leadership Douglas focuses on providing opportunities for high school juniors to develop an understanding of the meaning and responsibilities of personal, organizational, and community leaders as well as producing ethical leaders committed to active community involvement.
