Glow Party at NDES

North Douglas Elementary recently celebrated its students who achieved stellar attendance—being present for at least 140 days this school year—with a vibrant Glow Dance Party.

School counselor Latrice Everett hosted the exciting celebration, which “was a glowing success,” said media specialist Alexis McDaniels. Participants suited up in glowing gear and lit up the dance floor, enjoying an hour of music, movement and fun.

“We are extending a big shout out to our students for showing up and shining bright all year long,” remarked McDaniels.

Principal JaQuan Carter emphasized North Douglas’s ongoing commitment to celebrating excellent attendance and recognizing that every day at school counts toward student success. NDES students at the Glow Party
