The Douglas County School System’s Class of 2025 leaves behind a legacy of excellence for
future DCSS graduates to uphold. Among these exceptional scholars are 577 Board Scholars Graduates, four Georgia Scholars, and 1,014 students eligible for the HOPE Scholarship.
With over $97.3 million in scholarships awarded from the state’s top colleges and Ivy League institutions, these remarkable graduates are committed to leaving a lasting imprint on their community. Many are exploring opportunities across several career paths, including criminal justice, the armed services branch, medicine, engineering, and education.
The Class of 2025 celebrated their academic accomplishments with pride, marking a significant milestone to conclude one journey and begin another during ceremonies from May 21-23.
As all 2,155 seniors walked across the Legacy Arena stage to continue their path toward excellence, they carried invaluable lessons learned throughout high school. They embraced their special moment, celebrating their accomplishments, reflecting on years of hard work, and looking at the endless opportunities that lie ahead.
