Fifty-two students who made perfect scores on their Georgia Milestones Assessment System 
End of Grade and End of Course tests were honored by the Douglas County Board of Education during Monday’s meeting.
Of the 52 who made perfect scores, five earned perfect scores in two different subjects.
The academic scholars received special trophies during the meeting and had their photos taken with Superintendent Dr. Trent North and school board members.
Their names were also read by Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning K’Asha Davis as their proud families, school administrators and staff looked on.
Achieving these scores is a tremendous accomplishment. The achievement reflects not only the students' hard work but also their commitment to academic excellence.
