The Chapel Hill High School Game Day Competition Cheerleading Team brought home first place at their first competition of the 2025-2026 school year, marking a historic win for the program. This victory is the first-ever Game Day Competition title in Chapel Hill High School history.
“The team has shown remarkable resilience, overcoming obstacles and steadily building momentum, pride and recognition throughout the school and community,” CHHS Program Director of Cheerleading Jasmin Ellis said. “Their dedication, teamwork and Panther spirit were on full display as they delivered a standout performance that set the tone for an exciting season ahead.”
The Chapel Hill community is incredibly proud of these athletes and their coaches for this milestone achievement. The team now looks forward to continuing their strong season, with their sights set on bringing home a state championship title.
