Former Lithia Springs soccer standout Miranda Palacios has taken her talents to the professional level.

Palacios recently signed with the Atlas Football Club in Mexico after playing for two seasons at Point University on a soccer scholarship.

The defender played all four years at Lithia Springs before graduating in 2024.

"If I could say one thing about Miranda is that she has the Warrior Trait," Lithia Springs soccer coach Kevin Pace said. "She knows how to turn it on and off. A true leader. Nonstop and no quit attitude. She is a joy to coach, and I am sure she will do well on her professional journey."
